Hi! We have two days to spend on non-Disney stuff at the end of our vacation in December. Those two days are Saturday, Dec. 8th and Sunday, Dec. 9th. We have done pretty much all the other Orlando area parks and attractions. Our group has decided that we want to spend one of these days at IOA/USF (we have one day left over on passes from last year) and the other at Busch Gardens (which we have not done).

So, my question is this -

Which park should we do which day? Saturday at Busch Gardens and Sunday at IOA/USF - or the other way around? We want to avoid the crowds as much as possible. Any suggestions? I'm worried because we usually try to avoid the parks on weekends, but we don't really have any choice this time.

unless there are special "pennet people" groups or some other outside variable at one of the parks it should be a toss-up. pick a day and go

Do Busch on Saturday as experiencing it after IOA/USO might be a let down. Busch is a great park but does not compare to anything in Orlando.
The rides however are first class and some who have come down from their cloud of experiencing IOA's NEW Coasters have realized that the Busch Coasters are on par if not even better than IOA's. You can ride the world class coasters with 15 minute or less wait times.
Another great feature of Busch is that the attendance is about half that of Orlando parks and the people are spread out through a park area that is almost twice the size of any Orlando park.
HAVE FUN
