The cabins, do tend to be a little tired, but if you had pools of water and 'fresh' mould, then you did have a bum cabin!
When we had a similar experience, we took pictures and sent them via email with a complaint, stating how dissapointing, stressful, etc. it was.....and were given a free holiday in return
