Closest neighborhood to Disney for house rental

Still Windsor Hills? We haven't rented a house in a few years, looking for one for several family members together (so 5+ bedrooms) with a nice large community pool area. Private pool would be nice also.
I know there has been a lot of construction since our private home rental experience.

Margaritaville is pretty new and right next to Windsor Hills. They have houses up to 8 bedrooms.
