We had Thanksgiving dinner at my sister-in-law's house, and her sister-in-law made a clam dip that was to-die-for.

I'm not so close to her that I feel comfortable calling her for the recipe, so I thought I'd ask to see if any of you guys have it.

It looks and tastes like the filling part of stuffed clams (without the shells, of course) and was baked with a layer of cheddar cheese on top. The clam part had chopped onions and red peppers, and I think bread crumbs or crushed crackers.

Anyone have a recipe for something that sounds like this?

I found this one on allrecipes - it sounds similar without the red peppers which could easily be added in.

even for someone like me who is not a clam person.

Time: approx. 35 Minutes. Ready in: approx. 40 Minutes.
