Celebratory brunch spot in DS?

What would you choose as your favorite special occasion weekend brunch spot in Disney Springs? No children, will just be my husband and my parents. None of us drink, so bar/specialty drink selection is not important.

Wine Bar George. The food is outstanding and very warm hospitality. We like Raglan Road too ... my only caveat is that depending on where you're seated, it can be loud with the live entertainment. The entertainment is great - but it's not necessarily the spot for deep conversation.

My folks are older and definitely wouldn't like anywhere loud. Thanks for the heads up!
