Can you attend 12-2am EMH on your onsite checkout day?

We are checking out (onsite) on a day that has 12-2am EMH at MK, will we be able to ride rides even though it is technically the next day?

The parks don't run on "calendar time."
They run on "business day" time.
12M-2AM is still a part of (and connected to) the same continuous Business day.
