Just wondering if people would be interested in a birthday thread like on the UK Community board? You'd need to send in your birthdates (not the year unless you want to!!!!!!! )and Karen will put it in a "sticky" and then whenever one of us gains a year ( ) I'll post a thread so that everyone can send their good wishes to the birthday boy or girl. Our venerable moderator is ok with it so it's up to you.

Hi everyone, Mine is September 14th. I just wanted to say how glad I am to have found this site. Everyone is soooo lovely and very helpful!! I have to say that my colleagues at work think that I am losing the plot as I told them about this board. Then the other day I came into work with a giant keyring (its really a soft toy) of Mickey wizard that I had purchased on our most recent visit. One of my colleagues said Oh my goodness, what is THAT? (with a look of disdain on her face). I think my husband finds it all rather amusing, although he LOVES DLP also. I do find that this board is interfering with other shall I say more important things like housework, feeding my children etc...., perhaps that is a bad sign?
