I don't think there are any packages that offer that. The thrill of BBB is the fact that the kiddos get to choose from an array of styles.

Yes you can

Correct. The basic non dress package is $100. The dress/accessories package is $200

The non-dress package is a great option - this is what we do. We not only save money (we have a bunch of dresses, and if our daughter wants a new one it’s a heck of a lot cheaper to buy it and bring it), but then she’s also not limited to the dresses they have. For the $100 package they still get hair, makeup, nails, sash, t-shirt, and bag.
