Best newer house rental neighbourhoods

We have often rented houses rather than staying on-site (we have a large family), and are having grandparents join us for a week of our trip next month. We are looking for a larger home 5-7 bedrooms, in a newer neighborhood. we are ok with a drive to the park. We have stayed in Championsgate before and quite liked it, especially the waterpark option. just wondering if there are any other neighbourhoods you would recommend we consider? We prefer something on the newer side, with budget in the $200-250/night range (plus fees and such). Any suggestions?

My neighbor recently stayed in Storey Lake (I think that was the name) and the pictures were amazing. Beautiful house and pool area.
