Best MK resort to watch fireworks from?

Hi all,

Looking for advice on the best spot to watch MK fireworks from the monorail resorts? I was thinking of getting some drinks at the Poly and watching them on the beach there? Is that still possible?
Is there anywhere other that California grill that pipes the music in, and /or you can see the from higher up than ground level?

We love to watch from the dock at the GF. I don’t know of anyplace but the CG that offers a view and a soundtrack.

Just a tip: if youre concerned about missing the projections find a recent high quality video on YouTube of them and synch it up to the live fireworks and music and you can kinda of check out the projections while you’re watching the fireworks. Got this tip from an Ohana server recently and it is kind of neat.

They piped in the music when we watched the fireworks during dinner at Ohana earlier this year….

When we last stayed at the Contemporary, there is an outdoor patio area on the same floor as Chef Mickey's but at the opposite end of that floor past the gift shop. It is open to the public and you don't need to be staying at the Contemporary to use the patio area. Great for viewing and you won't be one of the masses of people trying to exit MK when the show is over. You can't see any of those projections, but we were mostly interested in the fireworks.

@button409 They also pipe in the music to the TTC, right by the ferry dock. And it’s a pretty straight-on view of the castle, so the fireworks are lined up the way you’d see them from the Hub. If your car is parked at the TTC, you’re ahead of the crowds exiting, too.
