Since the new resort has supposedly been mentioned/announced/whatever, is there any news on what the deal might be at BCV, a Magical Beginnings offer or price per point or anything at all?

There has been no official announcement of a new resort yet...and no information about BCV either.
Until an opening date is confirmed DVC is not likely to offer any info about purchase cost, reservation points or reservation acceptance. Published opening thus far is Fall, 2002. Some DVC guides have mentioned a Spring, 2002 opening, but unitl an actual date is mentioned, no other information is available.
