Thinking of going to Disney for whatever version Halloween party they do in October. Anyone have experience taking Uber late at night from Disney to portofino? Would probably walk to contemporary and Uber from there

Thinking of going to Disney for whatever version Halloween party they do in October. Anyone have experience taking Uber late at night from Disney to portofino? Would probably walk to contemporary and Uber from there

We've gone a couple of times (admittedly pre-COVID) from Cabana Bay to Disney for the Halloween parties and it was very easy. We did walk to the Contemporary and did a pick-up there.

Do you think that they are actually doing a real Halloween party this year? We would have done it last year, but the thing they had last year was not comparable to what they normally offer. We enjoy the normal party with the Hocus Pocus show. I don’t know why they couldn’t have done it. Universal’s HHN did not disappoint.

This past November we did this but for the WDW Christmas party. When we left the party, we hopped on a bus at Magic Kingdom to Pop Century. We were able to get right on a bus. Taking an uber from Pop to a UO resort was cheaper in our situation (location to UO was closer from Pop) and less busy.
