Aulani Advertised points confusion

Just some thing I noticed on the DVC site while looking to head out to Hawaii next year. When you open up to discover the resort the box in the right corner says rooms start at 16 points a night. When you open up to look at rooms the cheapest is 17 points a night. I didn’t choose a date. I was just reading more about the rooms.

They do start at 16. The hotel rooms (booking category) start at 16 points/night

Yes, 16 is cheapest. When looking at the room types, it might say 17 because that is the current point rate in the current window.
