ART or Toy Story Lot on Christmas Day

Hello, All!

We are staying at Towneplace Suites for 9 nights, and we are going to Disneyland tomorrow morning.

We found out that our hotel is an ART stop. Which would be easier and less hectic: riding ART or parking at the Toy Story lot? We have free parking but are wondering whether it might be worth it to buy an ART pass.

Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas!

I would definitely pick driving and parking if you have free parking. It's annoying waiting for the ART bus and it's actually costing you more. The only exception is if you're the type of person who gets really tired or sore after a day out in the parks such that driving becomes physically uncomfortable or unsafe.

The $6/person day passes for the ART are worth it if you think you might want to go back to the hotel at any point during the day. The buses are super convenient.

They used to be very easy to use, now I've heard non stop reports of extremely confusing "on demand" service when trying to go back to hotel since reopening. Not sure if service level is back up to the old style with clear/set routes.
