Anyone still waiting on any kind of word after applying?

My dd applied in early Feb for DL CP and is still waiting for any kind of word from Disney. Is this normal to wait this long for the first interview?

My S did the WDWCP program as QSFB in Spring 2011 & Spring 2014 - heard back quickly

Hi. On the DCP web site it says as of March 2016 we are no longer considering applications for Disneyland. Feel free to apply for fall/fall advantage at Disney World in Orlando.
Sounds like it's full. Maybe call for clarification??
