Hi,
my name is Lori and I'm new to the WISH board. Dh and I 'officially' start our new regimen on August 1st, though I've been cutting down and cutting out over the last 2 weeks.
Anyhow, we are going low fat and starting an exercise program. I used to be a step aerobics instructor (boy that seems like lifetimes ago!) but cannot see myself doing step until I lose at least 20 pounds. Wondering if anyone here is using and having any success with Pilates and if so what type of Pilates program are you using?
