We walked straight to Toontown after rope drop. It was a huge crowd walking there. We had a few minutes of playing in Goofy’s How-to-Play Yard and house before things got really nutty but it was basically too crowded to really experience/enjoy the land.
The lines for the picnic basket and sippers were really intrusive, making it difficult to maneuver in the land. I think I have said this before but I really wish they would sell these things at a location outside the land … the Fantasyland Theater would have been a great spot.
Lots of adults with no kids buying merch, taking photos and vlogging. It was hard for the kids to enjoy the land with it so crowded.
The store at the exit of MMRR was really cute but we had to leave without buying anything, it was just too packed to even move, much less shop.
Got the kids some of the cute popcorn buckets, met up with
@dina444444 and rode MMRR with a pretty short wait (noticed it got much longer later) then we bailed on the land unfortunately. Kids wanted to ride Gadget Coaster and a Roger Rabbit and go inside Mickey’s house but the wait times were too much (60 for Gadget, 45 Roger Rabbit and 60 for Mickey’s house).
When we were there the interactive fountain in the center of the land was roped off… not sure why.
I am anxious to come back on a day when it’s less crowded because it was very cute but we couldn’t really take it all in with the crowds. The details that I was able to experience were on point like this “sidewalk chalk” in Goofy’s How-to-Play Yard.
