Anyone ever made stuffing (dressing) in a crock pot?

I was looking through my Fix it and Forget It crock-pot cookbook and they had some stuffing recipes. Cooking in the crock-pot would solve my Thanksgiving dilemna about how to cook both the turkey and stuffing in my one oven. The recipe itself looked great, just curious if anyone else has tried stuffing in the crock-pot? How did it turn out - any problems?

Thanks!

I've used this one:
CROCK POT DRESSING

1 CUP MARGARINE - MELTED
1 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
1 CUP CHOPPED CELERY
1 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1 1/2 TEASPOON SAGE
1/2 TEASPOON PEPPER
12 OR 13 CUPS DRY BREAD CUBES
3 1/2 TO 4 1/2 CUPS CHICKEN BROTH
2 WELL BEATEN EGGS

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN LARGE BOWL
LIGHTLY PACK IN CROCK POT
COVER AND COOK ON HIGH FOR 45 MINUTES
TURN CROCK POT ON LOW AND COOK 4 TO 8 HOURS

My mom makes her dressing in the crockpot every year. We think it is the best ever. I will have to get her recipe this weekend.
