Any Suggestions on times for Pavillion Intimate Wedding in December?

Hi Everyone,
I am new to Disney Boards. I am planning an Intimate Wedding in December 2003. Any suggestions on a good time for the ceremony that month. I am using Randy Chapman for my pictures and I am not sure what the best time would be to capture the castle in the backround and for the wedding pictures. Any suggestions is appreciated! Lisa

We chose 4:00 for our ceremony. It was daylight, so we had good light for pictures, but as we finished the ceremony, staged exit and pictures together, the sunset was starting and the sky had turned all kinds of colors. Plus we did the reception and Illuminations and were still back at our hotel at a decent hour to get some wine and celebrate on our own.
