~~~ Any PA Cyber-schooler's out there???

My 11 y.o. ds is interested in cyber-schooling next year. He'll be in 7th grade and is currently in the gifted program at his middle school. He is becoming increasingly bored and frustrated at school academically, he has no social issues. He would like to try it for a year and see how he likes it.
I have been looking into PA Cyber School, Connections Academy and PAVCS.

Just wondering if anyone here has an experience with any of these schools with a child near my sons age!

I was just at a technology convention last month. Only two PA cyber schools are meeting AYP. That didn't sound so great to me.
