Annual Passes

Hi All,
I plan to visit WDW in Sept. or Oct. 2002 for 7-8 days. From what I understand, Annual Pass holders can get significant discounts on room prices during certain times of the year.

1. What times of the year do these discounts usually kick in? (value only? Regular & Value?)

2. Can you get these discounts on deluxe resorts?
(Grand Floridian, Wilderness Lodge?)

I know that there is a discount at all hotels from August 9- Oct 3rd right now with an annual pass. I got the Value Resorts for $54 a night so it is a very deep discount there. I would imagine it is good at the other hotels as well. Just call 1-407-WDISNEY and ask. They are very helpful.

We bought our AP for only $60 more than our 6 day park hopper would have cost us...

We are going in August and got an AP rate that saved us $50/night on three rooms ($150/night x 5 nights = $750 savings!!!!)

And now I get to go back next year with the tickets paid for!
