Same mine says recalculating. I've made it 1/2 down the status bar been waiting since 6:45(est). If I don't get it I guess it will be time re think next years trips.

She lied! I got though on the phone about 715 and she sent me to escalation and said it was 12 min, I have been on hold for over an hour again.

Same here. My message said ten minutes after I got escalated. Been on hold for over an hour now. Sigh
