Anniversary Years

Hi,

Is it documented anywhere when the anniversaries are for each race both WDW and DL? I just did the 5 year anniversary Tinkerbell Half and was wondering when anniversary years for other races are!

WDW Half 20th anniversary, no idea if there are any other anniversaries next year.

2018
Dopey 5th anniversary
WDW 10K 5th anniversary
WDW Marathon 25th anniversary

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure 2018 will also be the 10th anniversary of the Princess Half and 5 years for the 10K and Glass Slipper Challenge. Makes me really want to go that year, but it will be me and probably everybody else.

I don't think the 5K started the same year as the full. The half didn't even start until 4 years later.

This is the medallion I got for the 5K in 2013 - same year as the 20th anniversary of the WDW Marathon.

Thanks for the image. That medal is an awesome 5K one and I remember seeing it a while back (I didn't run the 2013 weekend) and it's why I thought the 5K anniversary fell on the same year as the full. I tried researching it, but I found nothing on when the inaugural 5K was. But thank you for clearing things up!

No problem! It was wasn't too bad once I got to the bottom and realized most of the newer races put all their anniversaries on the same year.

You are right that the 5K will be 15th in 2020 (same as the half marathon).
