AKL and BWV Health Club Facilities?

Does anyone know what kind of Health Club/Exercise facilities are at AKL and BWVs?

We will be spliting our stay at both in July and my husband and I are doing Weight Watchers (very successfully!!! about 50 lbs each) and want to continue the exercising....both of us do the treadmill or stationary bikes....

I know we will be getting plenty of walking exercise but wanted to also workout in the morning...

Is the equipment good and what time typically do they open in the AM? Is there a fee?

Hours:6:00am to 9:00pm daily

Per Person Per Day - $15.00
Guest Length of Stay - $25.00
Family Length of Stay - $45.00

Cardiovascular room includes treadmills, bicycles, stair climbers, etc.

this is for both health clubs.
