Hello! Can anyone confirm if both sides of baggage claim and rental cars are open at MCO now?

Yes, both sides are open and fully operational. Just keep in mind, that there have been many reports of car rental shortages, long lines at the counters, and high prices.

When we picked up our car the last week of May both sides were available for pick up but all returns had to go to the A side. Can we now return the cars to both sides?

Can anyone provide any resources as to how pickup/drop off works with 2 sides? Are certain rental car companies on one side or another? Does your reservation tell you which side to go to?

Yes, all of the major car rental agencies with "on-airport locations" have full operations on BOTH sides, A and B. Depending on which side your airline arrives will determine the location you use. Thanks! I hope this helps with the line waits even just a little bit. I think MCO needs an app like MDE that lists wait times for both side so you can choose where to go that way
