25 % off future cruise

We were to be on the ill fated Sept. 9 Fantasy cruise. We had been given $200 shipboard credit and 10% off because we booked onboard previously two years ago.

Disney is offering 25% off to rebook. Does anyone know if the $200 credit will stand on the rebooking. I really don't expect the additional 10%.

we were on that ship as well. So far we have heard only one (25%) or the other (10% & OBC). But I hope they do decide to allow the OBC

Worth a shot. I had problems on my last cruise and my parents stacked our discount with their OBB discount. Email them and ask. dcl.guest.communications@disneycruise.com

I emailed them today. I got a form email thanking me and because of Irma, a response could take 10 days.

On the same cruise and have been told we can't get the obc back. We keep hoping that once the info comes out on the booking guidelines, that might be addressed. I'm not counting on it.

We are platinum and it doesn't seem quite fair that we loose the OBC. I guess we could be losing the OBC and not getting any kind of discount. That would just add injury to insult. I totally would not expect to tack the 10% on top of the 25%. Don't want to be greedy. I guess Disney really did not have to offer anything, just a goodwill gesture on their part.
