2:30 Day of Timing

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the timing of their for a 2:30 ceremony at the wedding pavilion. What time did you wake up? What time did hair and make up arrive? What time did your photographer show up? What time did you have to be ready and our the door? What time did you start pre-ceremony photos?

I'm and über planner and want to get an idea of how everything will be timed before everything really begins!

It will depend on whether you're doing photos before the ceremony. We're doing all photos before our 7:30 PM ceremony, so hair & make-up is arriving at 1 PM with the photographers arriving at 4 PM. Our all-ready time is 4:30 PM, but would have been later if we were doing the photos after the ceremony.
