Hi, I have just returned from my 1st WDW visit and have mobility and fatigue issues. To look at me, you wouldn't think so. But trust me, I live a life of pain to very severe pain.
I have done much research and came to the conclusion that I needed to walk to keep my muscles strong. And sitting too long can cause just as much pain as being on my feet and standing still. I did not want to use an EVC as they are large, take so much time and space on the buses and then there is there charging.

My solution turned out to be the best thing ever (for me and my family). After scouring the internet I found the perfect item in the USA (couldn't find the exact one I needed in UK), and a friend of a friend who lives near WDW very kindly had it delivered to their home for me. It is a Rollator Hybrid transport chair which has side support (most don't, and I had visions of falling out as I was pushed around). It was a toss up between 2 items, and I chose the cheaper one as I wasn't sure I would bring it me with me. I took pictures to share with another group where I went for some research, and so I thought I would share them here too.
I pimped it up with pram hooks to hang hats on, put cables on to clip water bottles and sanitizer on. And put an extra bag over the seat to store other items in. It comes with a bag which has the feet for wheelchair when not in use to be stored, and I purchase a carry bag for the plane home. And as you can see by the photo on the bus, it folds away nicely. It is a quick fold by simy pulling the handle that is on the seat upwards. And the seat is really comfy too.

Glad you found something that works . I started using a rollator at the park for similar issues and it has been a game changer for me.

It looks like you swap the way the seat faces based on if you are standing/pushing or having someone push you while seated. Very cool. Where do the footrests store when you're pushing it yourself?
