16 oz bag ready made slaw
2 T minced onion
1/3 C Equal
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/2 C Miracle Whip Light
1/4 C FF buttermilk
1 1/2 T white vinegar
2 1/2 T lemon juice
chop slaw mix up into very fine bits.
wisk together equal, salt, pepper, miracle whip, buttermilk, vinegar, lemon juice. Mix with other ingrediants. Chill at least 2 hours.
Makes 8 servings of 1/2 cup each. 1 point/serving. If you use FF Miracle Whip I think it would be 1/2 point but I don't like the FF stuff.
