The family suites are in preferred room buildings. You can reserve a family suite and a preferred room and then request that they be close together.

Hard Rock "deluxe queen" rooms sleep 5. They have 2 queen beds and a small fold out couch (and extra square footage). My son (was 13) actually chose to sleep on the couch without pulling it out.

It doesn't matter if there is a way to cheat the system- It is wrong. Express passes are for individuals and all hotel guests are supposed to be on the reservation. I wouldn't be a part of it.
