This bag was made from a fabric lunchbox from Target. With some rearrangement of the straps, it now is a storage bag for under my daughter's wheelchair.

For 'daily life' it works well, but it's really hard to take off; there are too many attachment points.
It was somewhat of an issue at WDW last Spring. With the more intense bag checks, some of them were not content for me to show them what was inside. They wanted everything takin out.
So, I'm trying to rethink. I'm thinking of putting a cargo net under the chair and attach this bag (or a smaller one) to the cargo net with just one or 2 carbiners or hooks. That would make it much easier to take off for bag checks.
