People with wheelchairs/ECVs/special needs board at the exit. There is a waiting area and the wait is well organized, with a separate queue. When you arrive there, the CM will take your name and will call you when they are ready for you to board. The wait can sometimes be very long, but there are benches.
The boarding area and the exit include a moving walkway turntable. The door to get into the regular ride car is rather narrow. There is a wider opening car available; if you need to use it, tell the CM when you initially check in. There may be an extra wait for that car since they have to wait for it to complete the ride route.
