This is the handicapped accessible transfer doombuggy. The side is cut away on the left side of the car to allow for easier transfers. The 'regular' doombuggy has both sides the same as the right side you can see on this photo.
Boarding for people with disabilities is at the exit. There is a moving walkway, which can be stopped or slowed if needed. A wheelchair can be pulled up as close to the ride car as needed for boarding. The CM will move the wheelchair away after you have boarded.
You will exit at the same spot.
The bright light you see at the bottom of the ride car is a reflector. There is another reflector on the track. This allows the CM monitoring the ride to be able to 'see' the wheelchair car in the very dimly lit ride area.
