The is the 'regular' ride carpet at MK at WDW. There is one particular ride carpet where the seat can be removed and the back lowered down so a wheelchair can be pulled in. This picture shows the 'regular' ride carpet.
Note that you do need to step up over the side of the carpet to enter and exit.
