I’m not going to trust that psychopath! April 15-24th, trip report. I’m back and TR link 9/17*

Hi Caroline!

I'm so sorry your winter was especially awful this year. We were lucky in the NE that we barely got any s**w whis year...shhhhh...don't want to jinx us for next year!

I'm so sorry I missed you guys at GP on our last night! Mike was feeling VERY unwell and I was super nervous about him leaving the next am to drive home by himself! Luckily he felt better by the next night when he finally stopped .

Looking forward to reading more! Maybe one of these days I'll get back to writing my own TRs!

My name is Caroline.
It is? Huh!

;)

Hi, Caroline. :)
I live close to Lake Superior and love this area about 30% of the time. :rotfl:
:lmao:
I love to travel to Florida! The weather is totally different than Minnesota and this is a big plus especially in the winter.
Ya don't say...

We used Genie+ and fancy ride selection many times! This adds up and the prices keep going up each trip. (Not cool Disney)😠
No. No it's not. I don't think Walt really would have wanted his park to be financially inaccessible to families.
Donna’s favorite is HM
I like her already. :)
Overall we are ride chickens,
Well, I was watching the weather and an ice warning for early am popped up now on my weather app.
uh, oh... Ice is not good.
I went on my Delta app and there was a flight leaving from Duluth at 5:40pm and the connecting flight ✈️ to Orlando left Minneapolis at 7:45pm. I was able to change everything on my app without any fees, yay! It was already 3pm when I made the changes.
Holy smokes! :worship:
My husband was able to bring us to the airport and he was happy he could sleep in tomorrow morning.
 Now he's spoiled and will insist you fly in the evening from now on!
We had a long walk from our arrival gate to the departure area! Minneapolis is a big airport!
Have you connected out of Chicago, by chance?
I asked if any comfort plus seats were still available, and the very nice Delta employee said yes. I took out my Delta American Express card and he said no charge tonight! Wow pixie dust already! :wizard:
Nice score!
Our drink was strong, put me at ease with the turbulence
So the moral of the story is, get Caroline drunk and she'll fly just fine.

:lmao:
I watched Dirty Dancing
Oh, man. I haven't watched that in forever.
The vehicle had an awful air fresher that made us cough!
Our room was actually a handicap accessible room. The beds were very low and there was a walk in shower with a fold up bench in it.
I've had an accessible room. It always makes me feel weird. Like... I'm taking it away from someone who really needs it.
I wanted to get some Gideon cookies and a peanut butter cold brew!
Peanut butter cold brew? Sounds interesting. I don't do coffee so I wouldn't order it... but it does sound interesting.
I asked the CM in the line what the wait was and she said there was a 2 hour 40 minute virtual queue.
however, the lady said some people just canceled and we could jump in the line right now! Yay more pixie dust!! We only waited about 15 minutes.
How do you do that?!?!?! What great pixie dust!
We felt like bus royalty because a WL bus was waiting for us!
:thumbsup2

I’m here and loving that you’ve had two doses of pixie dust and you haven’t even hit a park yet 🎉
Great start ( who wouldn’t love an extra day at the start of a trip) and I can’t wait to hear all the craic especially which scary rides you decided to try :scared1: 😂

Yeah another TR ! Following along . Looking forward to reading more .
:welcome: Very happy yo have you following along!!
Love the excitement that you have after all the visits! So great to see the pixie dust still at work.
:welcome: And :thanks: My love for traveling to WDW remains strong! Just like the force :darth::chewy:
So glad you made it out of Minnesota. Our trip was wonderful. We flew home on Friday. Since we have $80 in delta vouchers to be used by 2024.
We are already planning our return. LOL! Looking forward to your trip report.
:tink::welcome:I’m really glad we made the decision to leave Saturday night! The weather here was miserable the whole week we were gone!
Happy yo hear you also had a wonderful time. WL was lovely 😊
It is a requirement to be planning another trip once you finished one 😆
I’m busy planning my next one as well!
Glad you were able to escape this never ending winter (I’m in Wisconsin 🥶) and get to WDW early!
:welcome:Seriously Mother Nature has been on a winter roll this year!
It was absolutely wonderful to arrive in Florida early!

Ahh...the joys of flying out of Minnesota in the winter. I have learned to a)watch the weather ALL the time, b)be packed and ready to go 2 days in advance and c)if you hear weather might be coming, wait for the airline to say "free to switch", make the switch, and get the heck out!
:welcome:Very true! I love to travel in the winter to get away from our winters, however, the weather sure has a mind of its own!
I love Delta’s new changes! It use to cost 2-3 hundred dollars in change fees before the pandemic!

:welcome: Glad to see you here!
Fellow MN gal over here :wave2: Agree about this winter dragging on, ugh!

Can't wait to read more
:welcome:Minnesota winters are way to long!! Glad to have you joining in
Woohoo! Can't wait to read all about it!
:welcome:Hi Susan! Glad to have you joining in!
Here, but I need to get caught up.
:welcome:Hi Vanessa! Glad to have you here!
Great start! I’m all for starting early! We have similar problems in upstate NY.
:welcome:Very nice to have you joining in! Yes, winter weather ugh! I’m so glad it worked for us to leave the night before!
I'm here!

I was so surprised when you pointed out the location of your WL room! Did the traffic at the elevators bother you? I worried it would get noisy during certain times of the day.
:welcome:Hi Alicia! Glad to have you here!
I was worried about the room and noise but honestly it was really nice. Noisy in the morning some but we were already up and at it. The night time was really quiet!

Hi Kelly! :welcome: I’m so glad to have you here! Our winter has gone down in record breaking history! We had 140+ inches of snow this year. We broke the record aren’t we lucky! We finally are having better weather now but wow! I needed to get away!
I'm so sorry I missed you guys at GP on our last night! Mike was feeling VERY unwell and I was super nervous about him leaving the next am to drive home by himself! Luckily he felt better by the next night when he finally stopped .
We missed seeing you! I’m glad Mike was feeling better the next day.

You should definitely write a TR! I think you have another big trip coming up soon, lucky lady!
No. No it's not. I don't think Walt really would have wanted his park to be financially inaccessible to families.
It is ridiculous how much it costs now to not wait in line forever!! I don’t think Walt would like it either!
uh, oh... Ice is not good.
I thought by 4/15 the temperature would have been warm enough to not have to worry about ice! Oh I forgot where I live :rotfl:
Now he's spoiled and will insist you fly in the evening from now on!
I think he was very happy to not have to get up at 3am on Sunday!
Have you connected out of Chicago, by chance?
We have but it is with United airlines and I have way more perks with Delta so usually fly Delta. Our airport is small and we only have those two carriers out of Duluth.
So the moral of the story is, get Caroline drunk and she'll fly just fine.
Yes! Drinks are free in comfort plus! Keep the vodka coming! :drinking1
I've had an accessible room. It always makes me feel weird. Like... I'm taking it away from someone who really needs it.
This was the first time I had one. I don’t think I liked it, lol 😂 weird shower setup. The lower bed was fine since I am short!
Peanut butter cold brew? Sounds interesting. I don't do coffee so I wouldn't order it... but it does sound interesting.
This is so good! It is hard to explain!
How do you do that?!?!?! What great pixie dust!
I couldn’t believe our luck! Perfect timing ⏱️
I’m here and loving that you’ve had two doses of pixie dust and you haven’t even hit a park yet 🎉
Great start ( who wouldn’t love an extra day at the start of a trip) and I can’t wait to hear all the craic especially which scary rides you decided to try
:welcome:Hi Moira! We did get hit with some pixie dust early on!
I loved the extra night, I might start doing that every trip!
Haha 😂 the scary rides are probably mild to most!

4/16/23 Part 2

MK nostalgia and a Dis meet!

Here are a few more room pictures. Our patio area was really nice. It was always quiet and relaxing. We sat out on the patio as much as we could! We had a squirrel friend and a duck 🦆 duo. They came by every day!

Our luggage wasn’t here yet from Pop so we headed over to MK. The boat transportation from WL to MK is most enjoyable!:drive::woohoo:

We had a late lunch/early dinner for 3pm at Tony’s so we could watch the FoF parade.

The castle! The sight and sounds of entering MK, never gets old!!
IMG_2023-5-7-075541.jpg

Our first thing was to ride the people mover! Oh I love the people mover!! It is a nostalgic favorite.
IMG_2023-5-7-075612.jpg
I do miss the original narrative. The new one is not my favorite.

What do you all think, thumbs up or down for the new narrator?

Once our relaxing ride on PM was done we headed over to Tony’s restaurant.
IMG_2023-5-7-075655.jpg
We requested the patio area and had a good spot for the parade. We ordered the focaccia bread 🥖 and shared the spaghetti and meatballs.
IMG_2023-5-7-075723.jpg
It started to rain and the parade was canceled 😠 I was surprised the parade was cancelled. It only rained for about 20-30minutes. Oh well, we had great seats to watch everyone running around to get out of the rain ☔

We loved our bread with the parmigiana fondue sauce, so yummy and the spaghetti and meatballs was actually good not great but definitely good. I could not stop eating the breadsticks with the dip, oh my these are delicious! I filled up on the breadsticks.

We had a very nice waitress. We saw the waiter we had last time and he was the best! This lunch was a definite carb heavy meal. I bet you thought we were getting ready for a run or a race after carb loading! Oh no it was time to sit more on the train 🚂

I needed to ride the train after lunch. I have missed the train so much! It was out of operation forever! Well, at least 4-5 years!
IMG_2023-5-7-075844.jpg
It was so nice! I love the train! I have many wonderful memories of Andi and I riding this train! ❤️💕♥️ All Aboard!!

Passing by Big Thunder!
IMG_2023-5-7-075806.jpg
We rode it all the way around the park. The stops are the same as before. Main Street, Frontier Land, Storybook circus area, and back to the Main Street train station. It goes through the Tron area but views of the ride are very limited.

Well, we almost accomplished everything for our quick visit to MK. The parade was the only thing we didn’t get to watch but we would get a chance another day!

We headed out after our train ride. The boat transportation was lovely! It is relaxing and such a wonderful way to travel from MK to WL. Stay tuned for a few harrowing boat rides, mostly because of misbehavior of some of the passengers, ugh 😣

Once back in the room, we called for our luggage and groceries. We organized the room and put things away. We sat out on the patio for awhile. The sounds of the train at MK and the boat horns was awesome!

We loved filling up our mugs at the Roaring Fork. It was very close to the room and such a convenience.

Our evening plan was to meet up with some of the Epic ladies from right here on the Dis! The plan was to sit out at Geyser Point. I checked in there and the wait was around 70 minutes, yikes!

We decided to go inside the lodge and Territory lounge had a table for us. Vanessa and her husband Dennis, Arianna, and Alicia were able to meet up for a drink! Billie and Kelly were not able to make it. We had a wonderful time. The waitress was awesome. She was very busy and still gave us just the right amount attention. The bartender was also able to make any drink we wanted, even if it wasn’t on the menu. I had a margarita and it was really good.

We had a wonderful visit! It was my first time meeting Vanessa and Alicia. We all felt like we have known each other for years!

It was a very enjoyable evening! Donna and I were still full from our later lunch so we did not try anything off the menu here. I know you can get the delicious mushroom soup here from the former Artist Point. I would highly recommend that. The little lounge was a great place to visit.
IMG_2023-5-7-075924.jpg
It was a very nice meet up and we all had a great time. One thing about Disney fans, you have so much to talk about! We all said goodbye around 10pm.

Donna and I had a short walk back to our room. Alicia was also staying at WL.

Our first night at the lodge was very nice. We both slept well. Again thank you ear plugs!!!

Stay tuned for Day 2. Rain and animals go together!

I thought by 4/15 the temperature would have been warm enough to not have to worry about ice! Oh I forgot where I live :rotfl:
:rolleyes1
I think he was very happy to not have to get up at 3am on Sunday!
Who wouldn't be!
I mean... if you're going, you have that trip adrenaline working for you. But if you're not going... whoo boy.
We have but it is with United airlines and I have way more perks with Delta so usually fly Delta. Our airport is small and we only have those two carriers out of Duluth.
I will do anything I can to avoid connecting in Chicago.
Yes! Drinks are free in comfort plus! Keep the vodka coming! :drinking1
The lower bed was fine since I am short!
Closer to the floor when you fall out after having copious amounts of vodka. ::yes::
Our patio area was really nice. It was always quiet and relaxing. We sat out on the patio as much as we could!
Sounds really nice. :)
We had a squirrel friend and a duck 🦆 duo. They came by every day!
You sure it wasn't a chipmunk? Given the locale...
The boat transportation from WL to MK is most enjoyable!:drive::woohoo:
::yes::
The castle! The sight and sounds of entering MK, never gets old!!
It never does! :goodvibes

There it is!
What do you all think, thumbs up or down for the new narrator?
TBH, I don't know if I've heard the new narration? Maybe? Guess that tells you all you need to know.
It started to rain and the parade was canceled 😠
Well, poop!
Oh well, we had great seats to watch everyone running around to get out of the rain ☔
the spaghetti and meatballs was actually good not great but definitely good.
Agreed. It's far better than what it used to be. I guess Disney heard all those negative reviews.
I bet you thought we were getting ready for a run or a race after carb loading! Oh no it was time to sit more on the train 🚂
:lmao:
It goes through the Tron area but views of the ride are very limited.
I had to Google... I thought the train was going to be rerouted around Tron. It looks to me like it wasn't changed at all.
Stay tuned for a few harrowing boat rides, mostly because of misbehavior of some of the passengers, ugh 😣
uh, oh... ::popcorn
The sounds of the train at MK and the boat horns was awesome!
:cloud9:
Vanessa and her husband Dennis, Arianna, and Alicia were able to meet up for a drink!
I know of Alicia and have followed Vanessa's TRs and have met Arianna. :)
It was my first time meeting Vanessa and Alicia. We all felt like we have known each other for years!
I love that about DISmeets. :)

May just have to try Tony's this summer. Always hear such mixed reviews but in all of trips we have made, we may have to give it a shot.

Love the dismeet photo 😍
Lunch looks tasty- shame about the parade.
I too have fond memories of the train and hope to ride it again one of these days 🤞
I’ve never stayed at WL but it looks lovely and I love a wee boat ride at wdw. Can’t think of a better way to travel to MK. Hopefully other people didn’t spoil it too often 😡

So smart to switch to an earlier flight, we sure had a rough winter this year! We had a similar story with Princess weekend, and ended up going out a day early during the first part of the storm and sat on the tarmac for three hours before being clear to take off! I think a 5:40PM flight sure beats a 5:20AM flight :hyper: Watching a horror movie on a plane, omg, so brave!

Very nice of the CM to let you hop in line at Gideons, I don't understand why the line is so long still! Instacart is so wonderful, bottled water alone is worth it. Very nice that your room at WL ended up being nice even though not what you originally wanted! WL is one the of the last resorts I have yet to even set foot in! Love the 100 year stuff, even better than the 50th. I can't wait til they get some Christmas ornaments.

I have terrible memory so I didn't realize they changed the PM narration. Though I am often too busy refreshing for lightning lanes when on the PM  Bummer that they cannot just delay the parade a bit! The bread at Tony's looks so yummy. I hadn't seen the 100 sign in front of the train station before, so cute! So much fun to have a Dismeet, it is always so easy to talk with Disney fans even if you've never met before!

Here are a few more room pictures.

Lovely and spacious bathroom.

The castle! The sight and sounds of entering MK, never gets old!!

Never!

It started to rain and the parade was canceled 😠

So sorry it was cancelled. We got soaked at AK trying to get into FOTLK. You get wet even in the line.

I checked in there and the wait was around 70 minutes, yikes!

I still can't believe it was so long.

We had such a good time meeting everyone. This was Dennis' first Dis Meet. The waitress was great. I needed a fruity drink and she had one whipped up for me with a glow cube.

We had a wonderful visit! It was my first time meeting Vanessa and Alicia. We all felt like we have known each other for years!

This was my first time meeting everyone and I really enjoyed. I wish Danielle could have come but she had a Backstage tour the next morning at 6:30 am that she had to be there for 6 am at Star Tours.

It was a very nice meet up and we all had a great time. One thing about Disney fans, you have so much to talk about! We all said goodbye around 10pm.

We had plenty of common interest to keep us going.

We were lucky that POR wasn't very far at all. It took us no time to get back.

Sorry the parade got rained out! Especially since that was one of the reasons you chose Tony's and that particular time slot.

It was so nice meeting you! I had a wonderful time. Having Disney as a common interest is a great ice breaker, and I felt like we had all known each other for ages, nobody passing by would probably have guessed we'd just met. :rotfl:

I will do anything I can to avoid connecting in Chicago.
It is definitely not my favorite connection city either! Did you have a bad experience? It sounds like you may have!
Closer to the floor when you fall out after having copious amounts of vodka.
:rotfl2:Good thinking!
You sure it wasn't a chipmunk? Given the locale...
I see where you are going with this! Chipmunks everywhere around here! ::yes::
TBH, I don't know if I've heard the new narration? Maybe? Guess that tells you all you need to know.
It is a little different. I’m team leave things alone for nostalgia sake please!
Agreed. It's far better than what it used to be. I guess Disney heard all those negative reviews.
We have enjoyed Tony’s restaurant both times we have been recently The patio dining is wonderful for people watching and of course parade watching when it doesn’t rain 🌧️
I had to Google... I thought the train was going to be rerouted around Tron. It looks to me like it wasn't changed at all.
You would think the train was raised up above the park like a new ride since it took FOREVER to come back!!
I know of Alicia and have followed Vanessa's TRs and have met Arianna. :)
Wonderful ladies! Vanessa’s husband Dennis was super nice and fit right in!
I love that about DISmeets. :)
Same, we all have such wonderful Disney stories and trips to share!

It was such a wonderful meetup and we all had such a nice visit and conversation!
Our lunch was good, it would have been just perfect if the parade would have been going on
The train is a huge favorite of mine and Andi’s, we have so many wonderful memories of riding the train throughout the years
I was shocked how many people do not watch their kids on a boat 🚤 ugh, I swear 2-3 almost fell overboard

I am so glad we did this. Night travel is way better than super early morning travel. I hate when you are rushed to get to your seats then you sit forever waiting to take off. She said the movie was really bad, lol 😆 still creepy doll of any kind not for me haha
I’m so glad I went to the CM at the line and not the one up front by the door because we wouldn’t have had the great luck we did. I really didn’t want to wait almost 3 hours. It is crazy to me how long that line can get.
WL is really a wonderful resort with two nice lounge areas and the food is really good there.
I love the 100 celebration merchandise way better than the 50th
I have terrible memory so I didn't realize they changed the PM narration. Though I am often too busy refreshing for lightning lanes when on the PM  Bummer that they cannot just delay the parade a bit! The bread at Tony's looks so yummy. Definitely a new narrator and narration. I lIke the old one better.
I was shocked the parade was canceled and not just delayed. The rain was over fairly quickly. Tony’s is worth a visit for the bread appetizer and sitting out on the patio
Our Dismeet was wonderful. I have such great friends on here

:rotfl:
I know, it was a bummer. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the parade. Even just getting the bread and a drink is really worth booking it.
I‘m really glad we all were able to meet up. The evening was very enjoyable. I’m really happy you had one of your most perfect trips ever. Wonderful, especially since you had to go back to a very busy moving schedule

It is definitely not my favorite connection city either! Did you have a bad experience? It sounds like you may have!
Just the vast distance needed to walk... with overly tight connections. Last time I was through there, we had to run... a lot
I see where you are going with this! Chipmunks everywhere around here! ::yes::
::yes::
You would think the train was raised up above the park like a new ride since it took FOREVER to come back!!
But I'm glad it's back!
Wonderful ladies! Vanessa’s husband Dennis was super nice and fit right in!

4/17 Monday “Rain and Animals go together!”

Did not purchase Genie+ today, Did buy “Fancy ride” for Flight of Passage, No dining reservations today. Planned parks AK and Epcot.

We woke up to rain this morning. We decided to have a slower morning. We enjoyed sitting out on our patio. We visited with our squirrel friend. He was not shy at all and sat by my feet for awhile. I think he was hoping for a taste of my Gideon cookie.

Sitting out on the patio was wonderful. The pond was glistening with new rain, birds were chirping, and I was drinking a wonderful iced coffee and munching on my Pistachio toffee cookie. The cookie tasted delicious 😋 I did eat 1/2 a banana, so it balanced out the cookie and cake breakfast. :rotfl:
IMG_2023-5-14-095939.jpg
Wilderness Lodge lobby area with the bridge and water!
We waited until about 10am and headed to AK. I picked the time frame of 10:45-11:45 for our FoP ride. The bus was waiting for us! I couldn’t believe the Royal bus treatment we have been receiving so far this trip! :tink:

We arrived before 10:30 and it was still raining lightly. We did throw our ponchos on and headed into the park.
I swear on this trip, every time we entered a park, the lines were so long! It was weird because usually later morning or afternoon, it is a quick process. It was not this trip! Many blue Mickeys showing up for people. I swear so many guests were clueless with the process. :sad2::confused3

I heard the CMs telling guests multiple times their tickets were not attached yet or activated yet, etc…. It is annoying that people don’t do a little research before going to WDW! Ugh 😣

It was always a huge group standing there and they all have to head over to guest services.

If anyone newer to Disney and these boards is reading this, Make sure your tickets are attached to your MDE. MDE = My Disney Experience, this is an app found in the App Store! You can also put the tickets in your phone wallet on the I-Phone and pull them up and tap in that way! Blue Mickey=bad, Green Mickey=good to go! If you get a magic band make sure it is linked in your MDE. :thumbsup2

Okay I’m done with my Disney 101, soap box, and bitterness, haha 😂 well maybe not the bitterness!

Three days later when we entered AK, haha 😛 it was wonderful to say hello to my favorite park! We decided to go on Safari first. The wait was only about 15 minutes in standby.
IMG_4711.jpeg

This was one of the best Safaris I have been on! The rain brings out the animals! I didn’t take any pictures, I just sat and enjoyed the animals. The hippos 🦛 were out on land, the African painted dogs, cheetahs, elephants, rhinos 🦏, giraffes, zebras, and the lions were all out enjoying the rain. It was a picture perfect safari! We loved it.

Once finished, it was time for our FoP reservation. The wait was minimal in the fast lane. We both really enjoy this ride and it is exhilarating each time I ride it.
IMG_2023-5-14-100220.jpg
We noticed The Navi river ride had a very short line, which is very unusual at this time of day. I think the rain had played a part with the shorter lines.
IMG_2023-5-14-100203.jpg
We decided to ride this while the wait was short. I really enjoy the ride even though it is very short. The bright colors and relaxing boat ride are often what we need in the middle of a busy park.

I always try to get pictures in here and they are never the best.
IMG_2023-5-14-100049.jpg
IMG_2023-5-14-100001.jpg
There was a very old man with his daughter in front of us and he thoroughly enjoyed the ride. He did have a little trouble getting in and out of the boat! The CMs were wonderful in assisting his daughter, to make sure he was able to get in and out.

This made me think how Disney is for everyone young and old!

There is magic for all ages! :dogdance::love:

Right when we departed the ride, I put a mobile order in for Satuli Canteen. Those of you, who have read my reports before, know what I ordered! Haha 😂

Donna wanted the same deliciousness 🌭We both got the kids hot dog meal with the veggie chips, cutie orange, (pro tip save the cutie oranges from your kids meal for later as a nice snack or for breakfast in the room) and small Diet Coke.
IMG_2023-5-14-100019.jpg
I also got the blueberry cheesecake dessert. I love this and Donna really liked it as well. We shared this.
IMG_2023-5-14-100121.jpg
The restaurant had many open seats and the smells of the chicken and beef cooking on the wood fire grill was so inviting!

The hotdog here is very good and not like a run of the mill theme park hotdog. It is a good deal for $7.50 in today’s world 🌎

We discussed a great wrong while eating, we had not had a ride on Dinosaur 🦕yet!! This had to be remedied as soon as possible!

We finished our delicious meal and headed to Dinosaur! The wait was about 5 minutes, this was crazy, we could ride twice, and you can bet we did!!

I have heard some terrible rumors that Imagineers maybe changing my beloved ride to something else! This is blasphemy! I will be very sad when that day comes. I hope it never does.

Something hilarious happened in the pre show room which sealed my love for this ride even more. :rotfl2:

There was a feisty young girl standing next to us and when Dr. Seeker says what can go wrong, trust me, the little girl turns to her mom and says “I’m not going to trust that psychopath” I loved it 😊 This was perfect and she is so right!

After our two rides on Dinosaur, we slowly worked our way around the park. We stopped at the bathroom close to the Nemo attraction. It is never busy. It is a good one to use since it is somewhat hidden. Another little pro tip!

We enjoyed the walk around and saw several boat cavalcades as we walked. I love these! We saw Mickey and Minnie, Pocahontas and Meeko, Timon and Rafiki and the drummers 🪘 The ambience in Animal Kingdom is just another reason I love this park!

We decided to do A Bug’s Life after our walk around. We took our time heading down to the theatre and took in all the beautiful carvings on the Tree of Life.

During the show, Hopper was not there and not even a screen image of him, what a bummer. He really makes this show!

After the show, we spent some time looking in the gift shops before heading out.

The rain had let up quite some time ago and left the day a beautiful 75 degrees and no humidity.

We returned to the resort around 3pm and Mousekeeping had been here and left us a cute towel Mickey!

We took a little rest and enjoyed more patio time!

Stay tuned for Part 2 Flower and Garden 🪴 coming soon!
