It seems like queue time doesn't accurately reflect real time. I just went from more than an hour to 54 mins to 43 minutes in less than 2 minutes.

The queue for the Disney Run registration was like that too

What the heck my progress bar was like halfway and said 38 minutes and now it’s back to more than an hour but the progress bar is still at the halfway mark.. whatttt is going on

Oh this happens sometimes. runDisney queues will randomly jump as well. Why? None of us have a clue. But its been this way since those started coming back from COVID

It really doesn’t matter to refresh the page.’ But it says-‘ yep and as far as I can tell these things are based on a unique browser not the loading page. I’ve opened up another tab before into the queue for Magic Key by accident. And was in the same spot. Instead of being sorted to the back

Has anyone trying to upgrade tickets made it to the front of the queue online? I am wondering if there is an option to upgrade or just an option to buy new passes.

While I can WFH today, I should have taken the day off! Grateful the little bar moves a bit, even though the wait time is still more than an hour. Kicking myself for logging off that original Space Mountain page a couple of times, probably would be earlier in the queue. But hey - at least I have hope at the moment!

Got 2 Incredipasses. Changed all park reservations for our May trip. We have UT tickets that I'll get a refund for. I figured if I got through online that would be easier.

If it makes you feel any better, my status bar didn't start moving ever so slightly until I was about 20-25 m minutes in. Is is progressing now very very slowly and still showing more than a hour for me and I've been in the queue for 43 minutes.

If you bought the tickets from UT then they aren't part of any package you have with Disney - you own them outright and the CM should be able to upgrade them.

Great thank you! This make me feel better! They were able to give us a package, since I have an annual pass. So hopefully her tickets are uncomnected!
