The price one might pay for being enormously wealthy. I'm not saying there isn't any grounds because I don't know all the facts. The one I do know is that she tried to sue him shortly after he broke up with her and when asked if there was any sexual harassment she said no there wasn't! Since that lawsuit didn't fly she is now claiming yes there was so that would override other considerations. Locking someone out of your house after a breakup is hardly an uncommon thing and it would actually mean that since she had no ownership and he had ended the relationship she actually could be charged with stalking and harassment herself. Should be interesting to see how this develops.

Driving while impaired.

Speeding while driving.

Allowing a woman to live with you for years and not completely thinking through all the horrendous possibilities should the relationship go South.

Read the article in the link. It actually sounds like her issues are with the people that run his trust, not Tiger personally.

Number one... I wasn't the one that said "woman scorned". Second it seems pretty obvious that none of this happened until they broke up, so no matter what part of anything Tiger is involved with is going to be a link to him. No one knows the name of anyone else.

Also the idea that at one point she responded that sexual situations were NOT involved and when that didn't fly and there was a way to get it heard by saying YES there was sexual situations involved is pretty suspicious. However, it is true that Tigers name has not been directly connected to any questionable behavior. Time will tell.

And please, can we just drop the freaking tampon crap. It is the example of how women do not understand men anymore than men understand women. When the actuality of the incident is looked at as the entire picture it is nothing. It means nothing derogatory or insulting. It is just an immature, meaningless prank. I'm sure that neither Tiger or Justin have lost one minute of sleep worrying about it. Women have many, many legit grips to rally around and this is not a hill they should want to die on because all it will show how far off both genders are from understanding each other.

I doubt it. I've never known many kids that became attached to their fathers girlfriend as long as they were sharing time with their actual mother. They are not with Tiger 24/7/365.

Guess I don't really follow the whole thing. So apparently he got divorced and this was a girlfriend he was living with who later moved out? Now it sounds like she wants some of his $$$ since she knows he is wealthy. Probably depends on the laws in Florida. Since they weren't married I assume the NDA also related to how she might claim assets if things didn't go well. Oral agreements usually mean nothing in court, you can claim someone said this or that with zero proof. Much of it would also be her impression of what was said or promised which would clearly be tilted to support her position. They usually turn into a he-said/she-said sort of thing and things that are in writing can actually be reviewed for their content. I am not really clear on the 'trust' mentioned since it sounds like some 3rd party is also involved.

If they stopped dating why would she still want to live at his house? Probably will hear more about the details as it all unfolds.

Not clear she had a straightforward conversation with Woods. It's her contention he used his minions to trick her out of the house. Not sure why an honest person would do that. We shall see how it plays out.

Could be. I'm reasonably certain he has a long list of girlfriends who broke up with him as well as a number of jilted ones. The issue here is she outlines being tricked to leave the place she was living. But, we shall see.

Tiger had just outdriven Justin. FACT: women are equal in everyway that is important, but are not as physically strong as men. Not a slam, it is a fact. The idea was that Tiger was saying he hit the ball like a female, in a poor taste but comical way. Not an attempt to put anyone down.

I have two daughters and two granddaughters that I love and care very much about and if I thought for a minute that someone was savagely putting them down I'd be the first in the ring to put that person down. However, I also have a sense of humor, sometimes a dark sense of humor and I know what the "tampon" thing was about. It was silently saying to Justin... You hit that like a girl. In good taste? No, but certainly is not worth the coverage that it has gotten. My point was fight for the things that are being taken away from you, don't create drama where it doesn't exist. That will not help the cause. It seems the men can be laughed at constantly but by gosh, don't even try to find something funny in an innocent prank.

Tricked is a good catch word, however, I'd be willing to bet that she was asked to leave a number of times but decided to set up camp there. It's too bad it appears W didn't think to call one of his many attorneys to assist with the situation. If it turns out it's true and he had any part in the sneaky caper it may not go well for him.

You are still stating your opinions as absolutes and telling others how they should feel. You can say you feel that it wasn’t a big deal, cool, that’s fair. That’s how you feel. You don’t get to state as fact that it wasn’t a big big deal. That is telling those that disagree with you that they are wrong and that’s very dismissive.
