Ohhhh. Ok. Well that's a negative for guest.Enables them to create the atrium they have. Elevators take up real estate mid shil
Right. Maybe it will work out better than I figured. There are actually more elevators than the other ships, just none midship.
Time will tell, do guests prefer less walking time to elevators or prefer less congested elevators (which is usually only a real issue on em/debarkation days?)Right. Maybe it will work out better than I figured.
I always thought that was really convenient.I always found it strange that you were able to get into Cabanas from the middle of the venue, between two food displays.
Glass atrium elevators give you nice views of the atrium when you're using them. It's a shame the Wish, which is supposed to have a pretty atrium, doesn't have any.Enables them to create the atrium they have. Elevators take up real estate mid shil
especially when going down....If you are going up or down 5 or 6 floors don't most able bodied people take the stairs?
Yes, but if your stateroom is towards the back of the ship, it’s a hike to get to the elevator bank. The aft elevators are moved closer to midship so a lot more practical
We had a room on the MV that was very aft - 8678 - and the walk to the room was long. We don't use the elevators as we prefer to walk the stairs, but the walk to the aft rooms is still quite long from the nearest stairs because they are more midship than aft. For people with mobility issues or strollers, I would not recommend an aft room. Not having midship elevators isn’t that weird to me - there are plenty of other lines out there that just have forward and aft elevators. However the Wish’s aft elevators don’t seem very aft and that walk to the far aft staterooms looks long.
Can't be more than 1,119 since that is how long the Wish is.We had a room on the MV that was very aft - 8678 - and the walk to the room was long.
