The self-serve options are garbage - no way to figure out why we have not been credited back for the flights they cancelled. And I can't for the life of me understand why they didn't just re-book us; there are multiple flights on each day and ones literally within 15 minutes of our original ones. Of course they are THREE TIMES the cost of the flights we originally booked so I guess there's no explanation other than cash grab. I will be making, shall we say, a robust objection to this, when I finally get a human being to talk to.
