Ugh. Yesterday I called at 0930 for an hour hold I was off the phone after and hour and a half. Today, I called right at 8 and I'm still listening to music. Uuuuuuggggghhhh.
 
Good luck booking your cruise today. Did you decide on the 18th? We're booking our second room.
Thanks Birdie...yeah...looking to get to Croatia..but they are making it super hard right now...keep debating if its worth keep holding or just keep trying to call back
 
I've been on hold for 1h57m and unfortunately am about to have to hang up because I have other things I have to do that are incompatible with remaining on hold. Will have to try later.

On the plus side, the music has been nice.

I called right at 8 yesterday and was on hold for 3 hours and 15 minutes! And then finished my booking in 2 minutes!
 
Good news is it's Disney music - having to hear generic elevator music like other customer service calls would cause me to go insane! :earsboy: When I called to book PC in October I was on hold for an hour only to be disconnected then almost 2 hours for second call. The positive outcome was worth it!
 
And you can't even get online. Have been trying for over 2 hours and getting the same message:

This happens EVERY time they put out the new itineraries. You'd think they'd be able to find a better way to handle this...
 
I finally got through. I have an excellent agent but they're having issues with the phone lines today. (I'm guessing that isn't helping wait times). The first thing she did was take my cell phone number to call me back in case we were disconnected and we were. My adjoining room is available. I'm currently on hold, but it looks like I'm almost done booking this cruise.

Awesome! I hope you get through soon. The technical difficulties are totally causing delays. We'd saved my second (adjoining room) and the system crashed. Now I'm on hold because she has to call a supervisor because my room is locked out due to the crash. But, she's been great and my room is safe (I hope) so I'll keep waiting.
 
I called right at 8 am this morning waiting for 45 minutes when I had to get off the phone to take my son to school and as soon as I got home I got back on the phone and have been on hold for 1 hrs and 15 minutes ..........this feels like forever....
