Disneyland Reopening Speculation Superthread

I haven't seen anything specifically in the media but people on here would know more - has the WDW reopening been linked to any spike in cases or outbreaks?

No outbreaks that are known. But that does not mean that someone did not get COVID after visiting the parks. It would just be very hard to pinpoint it to the parks unless there was a known source (an employee) and many others infected - aka an outbreak.

None that’s been documented. Same with other theme parks that are open throughout the country. No linked cases.

We had planned a first visit for our surrogate grandchildren (very close family friends), aged 6 and 10. We had a VGC rental at GCH. So looking forward to that. So, hope to go next year, but as you said, those precious early years cannot be regained.
 
Everything on the list is expected with the exception of the last thing on the list

admission limited to people residing within a certain distance of the parks

That is going to be very difficult for CM's to enforce.
