After waiting for a reply in chat, for six hours, and receiving a useless generic response, and then calling in Monday night, but giving up after waiting on hold for three hours, I again tried some of the solutions posted here, along with some of my own ideas. With 17 hours spent trying to resolve the issues that prevented me from booking the Park Passes, what did I have to lose, except a little more sleep? I immediately felt a huge sense of relief, when I started seeing all of the parks showing as available for booking. So, how do I feel? Relieved, to have claimed victory in this challenge!
Now, we shall all hope for the virus to take a downward turn in numbers, and then continue to have reductions in cases and fatalities, not only for the welfare of everyone, but also for being able to start to return to more of the norm, everywhere, including at WDW.
One of the questions on the Disney survey I received this week asked about how I believed I would find WDW, when I returned.
I did not select the option that I thought it would be as magical as ever.
