Disney World Reservation System -POST 1 FOR LINKS

Anyone else arriving park opening day? When we rescheduled our May trip back during mid-April, we chose July 11th as our new date, not knowing that would be the day the parks open. Thank goodness we had our park passes already. We also have another trip scheduled for October, but only one out of our party of four, my sister, has a ticket, as she has an AP. My husband and I were planning on upgrading our park tickets to APs on our July trip, and who knows if that will even be possible. My sister was planning on getting her husband's pass as it got closer to our October trip, not knowing this was going to happen.

Its interesting on the availability calendar that there are two options, resort guests and theme park tickets. Did they create two "pots" of park reservations? I wonder if the plan is to have enough set aside to cover resort guests? It would make sense if they plan to continue to use the system going forward as a "perk" of being a resort guest.

I think it has more to do with when they can book. Tickets without resort reservations are blocked out yet.

I am no longer seeing the two options... is anyone else not seeing "resort guests and theme park tickets " anymore?

Thanks for setting this up. I have been checking the links this morning. Hopefully we all get what we want!

Weird. Its 100% still there for me, even if I completely close my browser and try your link again.

The distinction is between on site and off, as you know there are 3 different days to initially book. Today, then aps then everyone else
So yes, i guess, the order of priority has been established
