We just had our first trip a couple of weeks ago. I’m not one to watch parades and rides on YouTube before I experience them first in person so I had no idea Zero was going to fly around the castle during the fireworks show! Is he a drone? It was packed that night (first night of Halloween Screams) and I couldn’t see it all so it looked magical to me.

FYI, if you want the spirit jersey in an xl or xxl, buy early in the evening. I’m at the party tonight and within 1 hour the xl and xxl sold out for tonight. I was told by guest services that they get a shipment each party day and that is all they will have for that day’s party.

I hope it's TRUE that they get a shipment of Halloween merch per party. My daughter wants this Jersey. I hope they have party specific pins also.

We are attending the party on 9/29 if anyone can give me any insight I would appreciate it!

We were planning on hitting up the Animation Academy during the mix in time but with a treat trail being in there will it be open?

I am hoping someone will answer this as well. We want to do Animation Academy during our party night and I’m wondering if we’ll have to be sure to do it during the mix-in time.

I know it's a Party Night, but I have question about Disney Villains Dance Party in Tomorrowland at DL. How popular is it? I suspect its like a lot of Dance Parties where the characters aren't available for meet and greets/photos. How long do the sets usually run, and how long are breaks between sets? Lol. I know that's a pretty specific question, but just trying to figure out how much time there before getting a spot to watch MSEP..

They’re basically a character on a podium interacting/heckling the guests, whilst getting treats, there’s also smoke machines and other effects, but the official line is no meeting of these characters.

We did it on opening day, and this is how it worked then:
They send out a set of characters who do a coordinated dance thing on stage (to “teach” the crowd), then they come down and mingle for a bit, then the next set comes on stage (while the previous set is still on the floor). When the new set hits the floor, the old set leaves. They seemed to be sending out a new set every 15-20 minutes. We saw Maleficent and the Wicked Queen, the Stepmother/Sisters, Captain Hook and Mr. Smee, and I want to say there was a fourth one?

What I’ve heard from CMs: unlike the other dance parties, there’s not an actual DJ; it’s a playlist with some gaps between songs (this was a budget cut). People aren’t really dancing at this one the way they have for the others; it’s more awkward standing around trying to get a selfie with the characters. Maleficent is always mobbed.

It’s definitely most popular at the beginning and then people leave to do other stuff.

That’s what I’m thinking, keep enough stock back so that there’s still some for late October. It’s a great idea but I think they didn’t count on the spirit jerseys being so popular and didn’t order enough of the larger sizes. I found people reselling online for about $150 for a $65 jersey.

I couldn’t find an XL on Buena Vista street by 630. The large fit fine but I really wanted comfy baggy so I figured it was a sign and didn’t buy it.

Then I found an XL in the Grizzly shop at 10

I don’t know exactly when it closed but it was closed before 6. We got there at 3, rode Incredicoaster and then hung out in that area, waiting on the trails to open and wandering around. I noticed staff members blocking the entrance but so not know what time it was exactly.

So there's still some things that are being worked out for this package... hopefully we'll have more insight soon. But here's what we do know: Booking between 3-4:50 PM allows you to ask for the dining package upon check-in which may get you FP's for the parade. The operating hours for the party nights seems to have it closed thereafter. Below is the image that GothicRosie posted, I don't know if anyone has heard about the hours of 5-6 PM. (Note: I posted an older image since it had more details. At this point, I think all hours have opened up for the package for the party nights).

Hello, I brought in a staff that was like slightly taller than me and i’m 5’3” but it can be taken apart into 4 pieces so i didn’t have it all together when entering but I was allowed to have it inside. They also stop you if you have a cape that goes below your waist but like there are tons of people walking around in there with long ones so you probably just have to sneak it past by pinning it up or whatever if you have one.

Also I literally can’t find anyone talking about the fact that their music was just on a playlist that reset every hour? And it wasn’t like chill disney music it was mostly unbearable disney channel style remixes of songs. why was it like that on the first day as well?
