Saratoga Springs has availability for a deluxe studio for 3 nights the week of September 15th for 44 points. You can either book 15-18th or 16th-19th. For those particular dates (18th-22), SSR doesn’t have any 1-bedroom Villas for the full stay, but has these options for 2-bedroom:
2-bedroom Villa standard - 136 points
2-bedroom Villa Preferred 164 points

OKW (and all other resorts) don’t have any availability that week for 4 nights in a row, however, both SSR and OKW have more options for both room types any other week in August.

For August 1-5 there are a couple of options:
Old Key West - 1-bedroom villa - 132 points
Saratoga Springs 1-bedroom villa preferred - 154 points

For September 22-26, unfortunately I can't find rooms available for the full booking, only options for the 23-26th, sorry

There are a few options depending on the room type you'd like. Do you have a preference?

Unfortunately Boardwalk has no availability at all for those dates, and Beach Club only has availability for a 2-bedroom from Sept 4-6 (74 points). Sorry
There is, however, availability for those dates at other resorts, including Animal Kingdom (savanna and standard room) Old Key West, and Saratoga Springs.

There is, however, availability at Animal Kingdom for a 1-Bedroom Villa Standard room for September 1-4 for 66 points.

As for non-DVC members being able to check availability, I actually don't know for certain! There was someone in this forum that mentioned a tool, but I don't have any information about it. Sorry.

Thank you so much for checking! Are there any studios at all for the first week of September? We wouldn't mind switching resorts mid-week possibly, but it's only two of us so there's really no justifying getting anything larger than a studio, sadly.
