Another thing I've found is that if I request to have a card expedited, they almost always still mail me the original snail mail with a card too. Not a sure fire thing and some people don't want to ask for expedited cards if they're concerned about eyes on their account, but it may be an option. But again, no harm in getting the employee card.

I have only expedited once and the same thing happened with getting an extra card in snail mail. I am in the concerned about eyes on my account camp at this point so I will just wait it out. Definitely going with the employee card though.

I’m also hoping this means crowds may not be as high as expected for early SWGE dates. We’re going Labor Day week and assumed the worst after the first GE announcement. But now that they’re adding discounts for my week I’m hopeful

My teacher friend from Iowa is going the week after Labor Day. She’s really nervous about SWGE opening before they get there. She planned the trip over a year ago and it’s a multi-generational trip. I think she’ll be okay though because she’s asked me lots of questions and I helped her tweak her schedule a bit

I'm debating getting a fire stick.do I need this? I have two old rokus already,is this an improvement? I can never get youtube to work, my roku is too old lol. I'd buy it if it was better....I think I got the roku on clearance like 8 years ago at least

We use our fire stick and fire tv all the time. We watch YouTube and Netflix because we don’t have cable or anything like that.

if you guys do get fire sticks, highly suggest going for a Firestick 4k even if u dont have a 4k TV. After awhile, ur firestick will just get insanely slow and buggy as hell... 4k one has done pretty well for me for awhile although i do most of my apps on my smart tv, but there is still some apps that i use on the firestick 4k.

I ordered March 26 and got it April 26... the 1st of the month is my subscribe and save day, but usually my stuff will come the week before like that. It was predicting the 1st in my sub and save section.

Thank you!! Honestly Grand Canyon is the one I am least excited about as well. I wasn’t considering Arches, (was thinking it was too far), but may have to research a bit more. My kids will be 10, 12, and 14, so theoretically should be able to do some longer hikes, but I feel like they were better hikers when they were 6-8!

We did the same loop as @linzi2004 but added stops in Page and Monument Valley. We did it in first week of June. I don’t think I would like it in March when there would likely be snow in some parts. My friend went to GC around Easter one year, I can’t remember if it was March or April but they said the trails were icy so they didn’t do them. We went down the South Kaibab trail to the 3rd stop area. It was beautiful. We all loved that hike. My DS was disappointed we didn’t go to the bottom. We had talked about doing it but decided against it. It wasn’t bad going down, but holy heck was the way back up tough!! We did all the stops on the way out in the car and some of the stops on the bus loop. We didn’t think 2 days was enough. Arches was my least favorite stop. I think it was just so crowded. I really enjoyed the other park in Moab, the one with Dead Horse point. We did one night in Bryce and did the horse/mule ride down. The kids really liked that. We did 2 nights in Zion. Our favorite hike of the whole trip was the Narrows. I don’t think you could do that in March. I think one stop I would say not to miss is the Antelope Slot canyons in Page. They were amazing. My DS was 15 at the time and he complained before we left that all we were going to do is see rocks and more rocks. Lol. I think he did enjoy it. The kids favorites was the mule ride in Bryce and kayaking on Lake Powell. Utah is the most beautiful state!

Yes, I brought mine on our last WDW trip which was January 2018. We stayed at the Poly and it worked great. No issues with the WiFi. In fact I bought a spare fire stick yesterday to use as my travel one so I can leave the ones we already have hooked up.

I'm considering the deal for a $15 firestick with $45 sling credit,which is basically two months free sling with the device for $15 - I guess a better question is,is the 415 option going to be faster with the streaming apps? Like Hulu can be painfully slow,and amazon also, netflix is a bit better.

You can change the date of your subscribe and save order -- I do think the default is that it will ship in one month but it's easy to change to make it sooner (although I think the soonest is now a week or so from when you change it; it used to be that you could change it to arrive within a few days).
