I see the 75k points pending from our mortgage with Chase! We also have 20k pending from Dh's referral to me and I see the 80k from me meeting my CIP MSR. It feels like we're just rolling in UR points even though I know we have way less than most people lol. I need to transfer my points over to Dh's CSR. I'm not seeing my 20k from referring him for CIP3 yet, but I'll keep watching for it.

ETA: I was able to combine my points from my CIP to Dh's CSR, but I had to transfer them to his CIP first and then transfer to his CSR from there.

Does anyone know anything about Postmates? I found a postmates VISA business card. I think it must be what the employees use. I tried calling the number on the back of the card but no option to speak to a person. It tells me to open a ticket in the career app.

I don’t know if the employee would have just cancelled his card and got a new one or if there could be money on the card that they could lose. I don’t want to spend a lot of time on this But I hate to just toss it in the trash if it’s worth something to the person who lost it. I’d like to get it back to them if that’s the case. It says it’s a visa business prepaid card issued by Metabank. Does anyone have any insight on this? It’s the “prepaid” language that has me worried
If it's like Door Dash, the card is only active when the driver has to pay for an order at a restaurant. Once paid and delivered, the card is no longer usable until another order requiring the card is needed. The card has no money stored on it.

ETA: I was late on this one...oh well. haha

I used dd19's CIP support link for my dh's new CIP. He was approved on 7/1 (iirc) and those points are still not pending today.

And my day gets better. After spending 38 minutes on hold with Sams, and getting hung up on, and another hour and 10 minutes with a supervisor, they won't do anything unless I file a police report!!!! They reshipped the one $500 card since the package is lost, but since the other one is delivered, even though they didn't put the cards in it, I have to go to the police in order for them to do anything. We don't even have a police department, only a county sheriff. I am so mad!

You can probably do the report online with the county sheriff. I know my city wants "petty crime" ie less important filed online and even if you call they will tell you to go online.

Did you check with FedEx on where the package is? I'd try there too.

Of course the other fun part of this $1233 charge from Sams, if I dispute, is that it's what put me over my MSR and they gave me the points yesterday. That will surely look suspicious.

This is Barclays dispute info, not even sure what to send them in this case? Especially since I only am missing part of the order?

I want to dispute a transaction on my account. What should I do?
Here are the recommended steps to initiate a dispute.
Step 1: Double Check your purchase
• If you do not recognize: In many cases we find the merchant name may look a little different or that the transaction was made by an authorized user. In some cases checking with an authorized; checking your receipt, or contacting the merchant can help
• Check your receipt and any documents you have to review the return policy; this information is helpful to send in with your dispute details.
Step 2: It is not required but it is recommended that you contact the merchant first to attempt to resolve. We often find this is a quick and easy way to resolve the issue.
Step 3: If you still need to dispute your purchase, please send details of your dispute and all supporting documentation to Card Services, Fax: 866-390-3437 or mail to P.O. Box 8802, Wilmington, DE 19899-8802. If this is not an option for you, call us at the number listed on the back of your card.
• In most cases, we must be notified within 60 days of the date in which the charge appeared on your billing statement.
• Once a case has been opened for you, it will be referred to a specialist who will review your case to make sure that we have everything necessary to request credit on your behalf. The specialist may contact you for additional information if needed. After we contact the merchant's bank, we may issue a provisional credit to your account. We will notify you of the outcome of the dispute once we have fully investigated your case and received
Step 4: Continue to make payments on your account. Finance charges are not assessed on the disputed portion of your balance during the investigation period. However, if the dispute is not resolved in your favor, the transaction will be subject to the terms and conditions of your Cardmember Agreement including any applicable finance charges and fees. You are not required to make a payment on the portion of your balance that is in dispute while the purchase is in dispute status.
Step 5: Generally, disputes are resolved quickly, but it may take several weeks depending on the complexity of the case. We will notify you once we have completed our investigation, and inform you of how your case was resolved.

I’d send them a picture of your order and a picture of the invoice. Say you reached out to the company to resolve this dispute (date and time) and you were told to file a police report and they won’t do anything.

My dh is going to Boca Raton for his new job training and I am going too!!!! (as well as our ds8...all other kids are taken care of other places) So, I need some hotel recs. Dh is at an embassy suites in Boca for his training. My ds and I will fly in on Thursday am, check out of the embassy suites on Friday and then we need another hotel for Friday and SAturday. Flying home Sunday night. We'd love to stay on the beach and I do have two BonBon FN's I could use (35k). Any recs from anyone who knows the area? @calypso726 maybe :)

We're flying into FLL and out of MCO so we could move north up the coast if that helps.

So I applied (and got approved) my Cit AA card 5 days before our trip. When we went to check in, the bag was free! I read the benefits only come after having the card at least 7 days before the flight and you need it when you check in or use points. It was a nice surprise and a savings of $30. I also see one of our upgraded boardings got refunded to the card I had booked with originally as well.

Yes, Fed Ex can't find the 2nd package, it went missing after the initial scan. They opened an investigation supposedly, they gave me a case number. That package only contained one $500 card, per my order info, and because it's lost and I had that investigation number, that one card Sams is replacing.

oops. u just posted your answer haha.
what gift cards did u buy? I know Sams Clubs ships all their own gift cards inactive.

P2 app'd for CIP2 and is sitting at 30 days. My streak of instant approvals is over.

Had a tiny panic moment, upon hitting submit the "verifying" screen popped up for 5 seconds, went away and nothing. Attempted again, same thing. Called in and nothing was coming up. My lovely new computer once again had dropped internet :rolleyes2 worst computer I've ever purchased, this happens a few times a week, then it's great for awhile. All signs point to a Windows issue, but then why isn't every other computer in the house doing this?! Every "fix" I've attempted has not worked.

Disney, that's why it's a problem They said if it was their cards they would just fix the issue.

A sheriffs deputy is going to call me, they said they think they can do it over the phone. No way I am having them come to my house for this. If that has to be the case, I will try the dispute route.

Any thoughts on whether you stand a better chance of getting a room upgrade with Hilton/Diamond status if you check in earlier in the day? Right now my flight doesn't arrive until 7 pm which means I guess we'll be to the hotel at 8 pm but I took an earlier flight and arrive at noon.
Do you have the app for checking in? Apparently they sometimes put upgrades available for selection when you choose your room on there, though I've never witnessed this myself.

Wait a minute, didn't the package invoice say only a $50 GC was in the package? I'd think that is proof that they didn't put the rest in the envelope. Do you have a store you can go to?
