Yes, you must be a guest there to use the pools unless they are DVC members (who can pool hop at some resorts, and I don't remember if the WL pools are eligble).do you have to be staying at WL, CC, or BRV to be able to use the Pools there? We are staying at C
C with our daughter, SIL, and grandchildren but their other grandparents will be staying on Disney property but not at the Lodge.

You said it better than I did. Thanks.WL is on the no pool hopping list for DVC. So no one can pool hop to WL.
I didn't know you could pool hop with DVC....and I am a DVC member. I'm assuming the BC/YC isn't on the list....?
