It is definitely closed, but you can go up to the train at the Main Street Station and take photographs next to it,or even sit in it.
my friend will be driving the MS vehicles and also helping with crowd control during parade and fireworks...she is not happy about that second partThat is cool!
So what does an engineer do during this closure?

Nothing more remnids me of the old west like riding underneath a futuristic roller coaster.
Barbara is no longer there, correct?my friend will be driving the MS vehicles
I don't think so, haven't seen her in yearsBarbara is no longer there, correct?
I don't think that they ever intended the "train" to remind you of the old west. If they did they wouldn't have routed it through Main Street or Fantasyland or back when it was at Toon Town Fair. It did go through Frontierland, but that was just on one of the locations. It's just a train that goes through all different experiences. I think it will be cool to ride through the middle of Tron. Think of it as a old time steam train that is used as a ride vehicle.Nothing more remnids me of the old west like riding underneath a futuristic roller coaster.
Drive a tram??That is cool!
