Here is our itinerary for the Party October 26th me and DH (first trip ever without kids!) Me: HM tightrope Girl DH:just HM t-shirt
We want it to be kinda casual but I thought I would try to come up with a tentative plan. My must dos are in bold. Any advice would be great!

Enter around 3 ish (APs)
FP #1 3-4 Jungle Cruise
FP #2 4-5 BTMR
Dinner-Skipper Canteen 4:30-5:30 unless we cancel for QS
FP #4 530-6 PP
6-7 Shop for party merchandise, ride LM, SM and then try and see Stitch at 7pm
7-8:30 Ride Pirates and HM while ToT at a few spots and get Jack Skellington dessert
8:30 find spot for parade
9:15 Boo to You Parade the ride BTMR again if possible
9:45 HM again or head to Tomorrowland for Astro Orbiter and People Mover(lol!)
10:15 watch fireworks from wherever I am
10:45 try to catch Hocus Pocus

Eat, ride, or watch whatever we didn't get to, maybe second parade if I can stay awake!

Hey, you made it! :welcome: to the party! I'm currently on vacation but you have not been forgotten! Hopefully you've been staying on top of this thread and have read Post #2 through Post #9 which can all be found on the Main Page. Have to admit your itinerary is a bit confusing but I'll spend more time on it when we hear more party information.

Your itinerary has been added to the Main Page, please just post a note if you make any changes to it! :-)

I edited my post with the FP+ selected.

I see them but you need to work on structuring your itinerary. Please see: Post #2

We'll work on it more when I get back home but for now you need to organize and structure more. Please use the information that is available to help you. :flower3:

Our plan for September 7 - cast member discount night & part of fall promotion package (fingers crossed it won't be sold out)

330 - Arrive at park gates
4 - Enter and go down back entry area, get treat bag
415 - Ride Jungle Cruise with FP+
440 - Grab food at Casey's Corner
520 - Ride Seven Dwarfs Mine Train with FP+
545 - Ride Dumbo
6 - Shop Big Top Souvenirs, get party merch
630 - Ride Under the Sea
7-945 - Do treat trails and ride Space Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion (unsure what order and if its doable)
945 - Find spot on the side of hub for Hallowishes (not on Main Street)
1045 - Find spot in Frontierland for parade
1140 - Ride Big Thunder Mountain
1155 - Ride Splash Mountain

Let me know if this is reasonable! Also we don't plan on character meets, this is our only MK day and we prefer rides!

WOW! It's getting close! :welcome: to our party! We need to work some magic here and quickly too! Can you please update with:
Scheduled FP times
Mobile Ordering?
I think you need more time at Big Top! Lines are long.

Yep, we'll work on this when I get back!

Your itinerary has been added to the Main Page! Just post a note if you make changes please and include your party date! :dance3:

Thank you! I reread the first page of posts and it looks like I should have added some more info. Should I just edit the itinerary and make a new post with a note letting you know?

I updated both of my itineraries for 10/23 and 10/25. On the first page of this thread it says I'm going 10/28, but it should say 10/25.

My new itineraries are pretty bare bones so feel free to critique/edit them. Thanks!

I love your itinerary! Happy Anniversary

My husband and daughter and I will be at the party on 9/6
We are celebrating our 25th Anniversary and we are bounding as Sully, Mike, and Boo!

Too bad we won’t be there at the same time to meet up

My husband made the cutest “scream canisters” out of postal mailing tubes to collect our candy in

So I decided to go on 9/23 as well. Want me to put the itinerary in the same post as the 9/25 party or make a new post for it?

Hmmm, I thought I corrected that already! :badpc: haha!

If you're just changing dates then please change the date on your itinerary. I'll update the Main page as well. Thanks!

Oh, are you attending two parties? If so you'll need to make a new itinerary for that. It's late for me.

You're all set! 10/25 Woohoo!

I pretty much started over with my itinerary based on what I have learned over the last week on this forum:

10/11
DH, DW, DD 17, DD 15, DD 12, DD 5

9:30-2:20 at HS
minnie van to BWI
2:45-3:45 change into costumes, grab small snack
3:45-4:15 minnie van to MK
4:15-5:15 enter MK, stroller pick up, sotMK, trick or treat bags (tag team?)
5:20-5:45 7DMN FP
5:45-6pm pick up mobile order before 6 (CHH or Pecos)
6:30-8:45 rides and trick or treat, primarily in Frontierland
8:45-9:30 headless horseman, parade (Frontierland)
9:35-10:30 Hallowishes in front of Casey's
10:30 Little one back to hotel - tag team so a parent stays with the biggies if they want?

We would like to tag team some rides and trick or treating while holding spots for parade and fireworks. Is that do-able? My five year old usually doesn't ride in a stroller but I thought it might be useful this night since it will be such a long day for her. Not sure how that will affect our ability to get decent viewing spots though? Maybe a parent can sit with the stroller in our viewing spot with one big kid while the rest walk to Trick or Treat? There is no way my 5 year old will sit in one spot for 30 minutes to hold a fireworks viewing space. Also wondering ballpark what to expect for waits for rides in that 7pm to 830 slot. The only one we really want to make sure we all get on together is Pirates.

Thanks for all of your help and advice!

Unfortunately you have two itineraries for the same date, your original one which is seen on the Main page is your original: Post #2420.

Please delete: Post #2490.
Use the "EDIT" feature and delete everything, then add the word "deleted", click to save. Having more then one post for the same date causes too much confusion for me. I do go through these pages and the itineraries and will notify anyone of possible concerns or updates you should know about. Thank you for your understanding.

Will do! Yes, I checked in at 4:10. She didn’t make me wait until 4:30. :)

Also, all, I think I’m posting on both the strat and main threads; apologies for duplicate info, posting on fly...

No worries here! Love all the updates no matter where they're posted! Thank you so much!

If you are already in the park and you still want to go thru the bypass, would I just go out and come back in?

No. You don't leave the park to access it. Look at the map I posted, it will show you how the bypass works.

I’m confused about the bypass

Is there an advantage to go through the bypass when you enter for the party rather than walk up Main Street?

Party treats and trick or treat starts at 4 pm or 7?

I'm just going through the posts making sure we're all on the same page.

The Bypass opens when Disney allows party guests to enter. It's usually opens at 4pm and closes at 7pm. We do have a report from the first party that the Bypass was closed at 6pm.

If you look on: Post #3 Party Map, Tickets, Main Street Bypass, Wristband Locations & Entertainment! you will see:

"Main Street Bypass Information" Click on the links to see photos and additional information.

Costumes: Queen of Hearts, King of Hearts, Ace of hearts guard, Alice, and Mad Hatter
Must have Snack:Zero Waffle Sundaes at Sleepy Hollow when ever we find our way there :)

3:30 Arrive at MK Party Entrance
3:30-4:30 FP Enchanted Tales with Belle
4:50-5:30 FP BTMRR
5:30 get to Jungle Cruise before 6pm
5:30-6:30 FP Buzz Space Ranger Spin (May skip and go straight to Stitch depending on the time)
After Fast passes:
6:45-7:20 Elvis Stitch M&G
7:30-9:00 Rides and Trick or Treating around
9:30-10:30 10:15 HalloWishes

I know I may have too much in my list especially with 2 young kids.. Things we want to do in order..
1. Boo to You Parade

4. Hocus Pocus Show

the rest is more of it would be great to do..
Characters: Pooh, Minnie, Mickey, Donald & Daisy, Cruella.. would love Lotso, maybe Stitch if short line) and dance parties (hoping to jump around some between fantasy land, storybook and tomorrow land before heading to the parade), stopping by short treat lines, special memory maker photos (headless horseman and hitch hiking ghosts).. I hope to fit in as much as possible. What would you suggest?
